Groups: Group rates are available for eight or more people in advance only from 604.606.6412. Early booking is advised for groups. Tickets must be booked and paid for at the same time for the same show: we cannot add or remove tickets from a booking after it has been made.
Students: Students MUST provide a current valid student card when buying or picking up tickets. If you are unable to do so you will be asked to pay full price.
Seniors: Individuals must be 65+ years of age to qualify for the senior’s discount.
Members: Dance Centre members must show a valid membership card.
Student, senior and Dance Centre member discounts apply to that individual ONLY (not their friends!).
We are unable to admit latecomers once a show has started. Due to the layout of our theatre, it’s potentially dangerous for the performers as well as disruptive for other audience members if patrons enter while a performance is in progress.
We cannot offer refunds or exchanges to patrons who arrive late for a show, or who have booked for a different show in error.
Allow plenty of time to travel to the venue, find parking, and pick up your tickets. Parking in the area is limited.
Ticket sales are final – BUT if you are unwell please let us know, and we will refund your ticket.
We ask parents and guardians to use their discretion in choosing to bring a child; if a child is unable to sit quietly throughout the performance and disturbs other patrons, an usher will ask them and the accompanying adult to leave.
In general, our presentations are not suitable for children under twelve years of age. Some shows contain mature content and we will post advisories on our website where required. If you wish to enquire about the age suitability of a particular show, please contact us.
All patrons including children require a ticket. We are unable to admit babes in arms.
Exceptions apply to the Discover Dance! series and other events that are specified as suitable for all ages or family friendly.
Seating is general admission.
Our theatre and studios are wheelchair-accessible, with the exception of the two dance studios on level 4.
When booking tickets, patrons should select the ‘accessible’ seat type to ensure seating in the front row which is stair-free: limited spaces available. Please contact us if you require any assistance.
Food and drinks are not permitted inside the performance space, with the exception of bottled water.
Phones, devices and any alarms must be turned off. Unauthorized photography and video recording is strictly prohibited, as it is disruptive to others, may jeopardize the performers’ safety, and may interfere with technical equipment.
Although masks are no longer mandated by public health, we strongly recommend the continued wearing of masks in our building, studios and theatre.
Hand sanitizer is available throughout the building, and we have invested in upgraded air filtration with HEPA filters and UV lights.
Please stay home if you are not feeling well or have any COVID symptoms. If you have purchased a ticket, we are happy to provide a refund.
