OUROFEST International Street Dance Festival is taking over Massey Theatre, with two nights of street dance, live performance, and community celebration. Presented by OURO Collective in partnership with Massey Theatre, this festival brings celebrated local and international artists to the stage in a rare opportunity to experience the power of street dance in a theatre setting.

Night 1 – Nov 14

Experience bold new works by BC’s Cristina Bucci (2023 Jacqueline Lemieux Prize) and Joanne Park. An internationally acclaimed solo, TARANTISM fuses street dance, ballroom Latin, and physical theatre in a raw exploration of ego, chaos, and control.

Night 2 – Nov 15

Catch new work from BC’s Lewen Han and Casual Gay Funk. The evening also features a jaw-dropping duet by world-renowned RubberLegz (Germany/LA) and Matt Luck, a mind-bending exploration of conflict, connection, and transformation. Cap off the night at the after party in Studio 1C!
