- Located on the 7th floor
- Comprises open area + 3 private offices (layout can be changed upon request)

- Located on the 6th floor
- Washrooms + kitchenette with fridge and microwave down the hall

Renters from all business sectors are welcome; however, priority will be given to dance companies, arts and other not-for-profit arts organizations.
