Scotiabank Dance Centre, one of Canada’s flagship dance facilities and a centre for arts activity in Vancouver, has office space available for rent.
Our offices are bright, clean spaces, and you will be among a diverse and friendly creative community. Our building is wheelchair-accessible throughout except for the two dance studios on level 4.

Office Space: Available Now
- Size: approx 367 sq ft
- Located on the 7th floor
- Comprises open area + 3 private offices (layout can be changed upon request)
- Washroom + kitchenette with fridge and microwave across the hall
Renters from all business sectors are welcome; however, priority will be given to dance companies, arts and other not-for-profit arts organizations.

- Printer/photocopier (6th floor)
- Meeting room (6th floor)
- Staffed reception area in the building’s main lobby for receiving mail and deliveries
Other Facility Amenities:
- Fully furnished meeting room (seating up to 20 people) equipped with a phone for conference calls, a whiteboard, and a monitor
- Seven studios available for rent, including fully equipped black box production theatre with retractable seating for 154 attendees
- Lounge with kitchenette and seating
