A multidisciplinary installation and performance exploring migration, political upheaval, and intergenerational memory through interwoven stories from Kay’s matriarchal lineage. The story takes place between 1935 and 1975, in Canton (Guangzhou), Hong Kong, and Vancouver, revealing how displacement shapes identity, memory, and fractured communities, while tracing paths of resilience and healing.
