Festival highlights include guest artist Victor Fernández, choreographer, dancer, and educator from Granada, Spain that will be joining Flamenco Rosario with the premiere of Nuevo IV- Lo nuevo y lo añejo . Additional programming features Jafelin Helter’s Raíz Viva , Kasandra Flamenco’s United Elements , and Karen Flamenco’s Jewels .
