Dance artist Natalia Martineau, sound artist/performer Aysha Dulong and actor/sound artist Cindy Kao’s research project draws from their personal experiences navigating colonial binaries of race, sexuality, and gender to question what it means to perform the self and how we may be perceived as ‘other’ when entering new spaces. The artists will share and discuss their research in this informal showing.
