I spent my life dancing in Toronto, mostly experimental contemporary. I moved to the west coast in the pandemic and have shifted my practice towards embodied movement and facilitation. I am returning to performance and creation as a mother, educator and somatics lover. My practice has always existed around pleasure and following needs, desires, intuition.
